Elliot Russo

Elliot has advanced qualifications in Executive Coaching, is an Insights Practitioner, and an award winning writer/designer of theatre-based training and blended e-learning. Elliot's design and delivery skills for stand-alone courses span areas of strategic leadership, managing conflict, change management, performance management, Storytelling for Business, and Innovation.

He has worked with clients across many different sectors, most notably global Finance and Insurance, as well as Tech, Infrastructure and Energy.

Elliot has written, directed and designed immersive, actor-led business simulations for a range of global companies, which stress-test leadership competencies, team dynamics and interpersonal effectiveness, and explore Change management and Organisational Politcal Savvy.

As an actor he worked with the English Shakespeare Company for five years, playing roles as diverse as Romeo, Malvolio in 12th Night, and Roderigo in Othello. His television work includes BBC dramas, such as The Scold’s Bridle and The Mayor of Casterbridge, and long running hospital drama Casualty; a keen Scando-phile, Elliot also provided the vocal talents on Swedish animated comedy show KB for MTV Nordic for two seasons, and appeared in six consecutive winter shows in the world famous Tivoli Gardens in Copenhagen.
