• a career transition such as a C-suite succession
• working through a board nomination
• operating in a new environment, or
• driving complex organisational change

It transforms the behaviours of high-potential individuals by giving undivided access to our most experienced performance directors, who curate your personal leadership journey.

Here’s how it works:

1. You will undertake an in-depth, diagnostic session with your lead performance director
2. We then devise a bespoke learning journey suitable to your needs and planned for delivery over 3, 6, 9, or 12 months

• We will consider your immediate needs such as high-profile speeches and media appearances.
• We will then look to weave in your longer-term goals and aspirations.

Your lead performance director will ensure that your bespoke programme is rigorous and suited at all times to your needs. Throughout your programme additional RADA Business tutors and experts will enrich your capabilities, skills and overall experience.

Examples of additional expertise include:

• anatomical voice work
• executive coaching
• Dedicated strategy sessions simulation of your business environment using role-play actors

Programme components

• A journey mapping session with a senior member of the RADA Business team. You will identify and explore your strengths and weaknesses, key priorities and upcoming milestones
• Three-hour diagnostic session and goal setting with your performance director
• Senior member of the RADA Business team to curate your journey
• RADA Business tutors with specialist leadership knowledge, many of whom are also executive coaches
• Additional experts from across RADA and our network
• Opportunities to attend leadership courses and network with others in leadership roles
• Scenario work with highly skilled role-play actors. You will embed new skills in your own work environment and leadership context

Off-site and overseas

• We can deliver Performance Coaching away from RADA if this suits you better. We can offer an in-house coaching option visiting you at a place of your choosing in the UK or internationally. Additional lead performance director/venue expenses may apply

In-person or virtual

• We can deliver your Performance Coaching in-person, virtually, or through a blend of both. We will deliver according to your needs throughout your programme.
