You will develop skills that enable you to be truly effective in business, by harnessing your authentic power and learning to lead with authority and impact.
Explore your communication style and your physicality, and learn about female archetypes and how to flex your style.
This practical experience helps you to confidently hold your space, handle unexpected challenges and difficult conversations, and influence others effectively. Through structured group learning, coaching, and peer feedback, you’ll develop strategies to enhance resilience, communicate with credibility, and ensure your voice is heard when it matters most.
Foundation or Applied level - pick your level
Foundation level (cost £5,000 + VAT)
4-day programme.
Applied level (cost £7,250 + VAT)
4-day programme plus three, two-hour individual Coaching sessions with one of our Practitioners, a qualified executive Coach.

- A female-only cohort, allowing you to build and expand your network of female peers
- Small group sizes to allow individual attention and a psychologically safe space, held by our world-leading Practitioners
- Role-play scenarios to refine your skills
- Develop skills to be truly effective in business, by harnessing your authentic power and learning to lead with authority and impact
- Pre-programme questionnaire to establish your current situation and personal goals
- One 30-minute Coaching call between days two and three of your programme
- At Applied level: three, 2-hour Coaching sessions, allowing you to work one-to-one with a Practitioner
- Continued reminders and exercises post-programme to keep your learning alive
- The opportunity to attend the RADA Business Women's Network's networking events
